Snow Related Slip and Fall Accident Made the News in Oregon
In Portland, several years ago, a snow slip and fall case resulted in a 12 person jury siding with the defendant and awarded 0 damages against the property management company and 0 damages against the landscape company who serviced the lot and sidewalks by removing the snow and deicing. This is an interesting read that just goes to show you that snow slip and fall cases do not always pay the injured party.
